Our Place Review: Is the Always Pan Still Worth Buying in 2026?
The Always Pan made Our Place famous, and the range now runs from titanium pans to countertop ovens. We read the warranty fine print and a stack of owner complaints to sort the keepers from the hype.

The short version
- The 100-day return window, counted from shipping, is one of the longest in cookware and takes most of the risk out of trying a pan.
- Warranties vary wildly by material: lifetime on titanium and cast iron, three years on ceramic nonstick, and one year on appliances.
- Recent one-star reviews are dominated by sticking, both on worn ceramic pans and on the newer coating-free Titanium Pro line.
- Free shipping starts at $99, and orders can take up to four business days to leave the warehouse before transit even begins.
The Beacon Score
Attractive, clever cookware with an unusually long return window, marked down for nonstick that disappoints many owners and patchy follow-through on complaints.

Worth your money

Cast Iron Always Pan 10.5" $135
The Always Pan shape in enameled cast iron, with a lifetime warranty and no coating to wear out.
This is the version of the famous pan we would buy. It keeps the deep, lidded, pour-spouted shape, but swaps the coated aluminum body for cast iron with a black matte enameled surface that builds a patina with use. Our Place lists it under a limited lifetime warranty, against three years for the ceramic version, at the same price. The trade-offs are weight and slower heating, and it will not release an egg like fresh ceramic.
- Best for
- Searing, braising and one-pan dinners for years
- Weak spot
- Far heavier than the aluminum Always Pan

Titanium Always Pan Pro 10.5" from $179
Coating-free, dishwasher-safe and metal-utensil-safe, with a lifetime warranty.
The Titanium Pro line uses fully clad stainless steel and aluminum with a textured titanium cooking surface that Our Place calls NoCo. There is no coating, so the page says it can take metal utensils, the dishwasher and oven heat up to 1000°F (750°F for the gold-trim version). The catch is technique: the brand says food must cook through and release on its own. Many recent one-star reviews say food sticks regardless, so treat it as textured stainless, not Teflon.
- Best for
- Cooks who want nonstick-ish pans that never wear out
- Weak spot
- Many owners report sticking and stubborn cleanup

Wonder Oven $185
A compact six-in-one air fryer and toaster oven with steam infusion.
The original Wonder Oven air fries, bakes, roasts, toasts, grills and reheats in a 12-liter cavity with two rack positions, and it adds a small steam function to keep food moist. It is the most-liked appliance in the range and a neat fit for small kitchens. Know the limits: the warranty on appliances is one year, and if a claim needs the unit sent back, you pay to ship it. The larger Wonder Oven Pro costs considerably more.
- Best for
- Small kitchens that want a toaster oven and air fryer
- Weak spot
- One-year warranty and you pay to ship claims

Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan 10.5" $135
The original do-everything pan, now with a three-year warranty on new purchases.
The Always Pan is a deep aluminum skillet with a domed lid, a steamer basket and a beechwood spatula that rests on the handle. Our Place says its Thermakind ceramic coating lasts 50% longer than before and the pan is oven-safe to 450°F. Since May 2025 the coating warranty is three years, up from one. Owners still report sticking within months, and the brand asks for low to medium heat, a little oil, no aerosol sprays and hand washing.
- Best for
- Eggs, sautés and small kitchens short on storage
- Weak spot
- Coating release fades; no high heat
What we'd pass on
Dream Cooker
The Dream Cooker is a $199 multicooker in Our Place colors, competing with pressure cookers that cost far less and have parts in every supermarket. Appliances carry a one-year warranty, and one recent reviewer says the company wanted the whole unit returned over a failed silicone seal. Buy a mainstream multicooker unless the color matters most.
Titanium Pro Cookware Set
A full set of the Titanium Pro pans multiplies a bet on a surface many owners struggle with. The set was well below its compare-at price when we checked, but you are committing to the self-release technique on every pan. Buy a single Titanium Always Pan Pro first, live with it inside the 100-day return window, then decide.

Reader questions
What is the difference between the Always Pan and the Titanium Always Pan Pro?
The Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan is coated aluminum: very slippery when new, limited to moderate heat, hand-wash only, three-year warranty. The Titanium Always Pan Pro has no coating, uses a textured titanium surface over clad steel, goes in the dishwasher and takes metal utensils, with a lifetime warranty. It needs more technique.
How long do you have to return Our Place cookware?
One hundred days from the date the order shipped, for purchases made on the website. Store purchases count from the purchase date. Returns go through an online portal and each item must be packed in its own box. Items bought from partner retailers must go back to that retailer.
Is the Always Pan dishwasher safe?
The ceramic version is not; Our Place recommends hand washing with soapy water and letting the pan cool before it touches water. The included steel steamer basket can go in the dishwasher, but the wooden spatula cannot. The Titanium Pro line is fully dishwasher safe.
Does the warranty cover nonstick that stops working?
Only defects. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, scratches from utensils and abrasive cleaners, and damage from heat beyond the recommended temperature. Our Place may ask for photos or ask you to try recommended techniques before approving a claim.
Our call
Our Place sells some of the best-looking cookware on the market and backs it with a 100-day return window that most rivals cannot touch. The products are more mixed. The cast iron Always Pan is a quiet winner, the Wonder Oven is a good small appliance, and both nonstick lines draw steady complaints about sticking. Buy one piece, use it hard inside the return window, and only then think about a set.
